1) Agreement to Terms

By using our website, landing pages, forms, scheduling tools, or by requesting information/estimates from STONECO, you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”).

If you do not agree, do not use our site or submit information.

2) Services, Estimates, and Project Scope

Any information, pricing, timelines, and estimates we provide (online, by phone, text, email, or in person) are non-binding until confirmed in a written proposal/contract signed by both parties.

Final pricing may change due to jobsite conditions, material availability, design changes, permit requirements, HOA requirements, or scope changes identified during inspection and planning.

3) Permits, Codes, and HOA

Where required, permits and code compliance are governed by the applicable jurisdiction/Authority Having Jurisdiction (“AHJ”).

HOA requirements vary by community. The customer is responsible for providing HOA rules/approvals unless the signed contract states STONECO will handle specific HOA support tasks.

STONECO does not guarantee permit approval or HOA approval.

4) Scheduling and Site Access

Start dates and timelines are estimates and may change due to weather, inspections, permitting, subcontractor availability, material lead times, or unforeseen conditions.

Customer agrees to provide safe, timely access to the jobsite and utilities as reasonably needed (water/power/access).

Delays caused by customer access issues may affect schedule and cost.

5) Payments, Deposits, and Change Orders

Payment terms (including deposits, progress payments, and final payment) are defined in the signed contract.

Any work outside the agreed scope requires a written change order and may add cost/time.

Late or unpaid balances may result in work stoppage until accounts are current (as allowed by the contract and applicable law).

6) No Professional Advice / Informational Use

Content on our site is general information and not legal, engineering, or professional advice.

Always consult appropriate professionals for project-specific guidance.

7) Communications Consent (Calls, Texts, Emails)

By submitting your information, you authorize STONECO and its service providers to contact you about estimates, scheduling, project updates, promotions, and service information via phone, SMS/text, and email, including automated technologies where permitted.

10) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, STONECO will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our site, forms, or communications.

If liability is found, our total liability will be limited to the amount you paid us for the specific service giving rise to the claim (if any).
